This analysis provides the genomic basis for Katch's revolutionary genomic, and it will be used to compare films and audiences. Also served in a supervisory role, recruiting, training, and managing 100+ freelance workers.Work as Team Lead for other interns (promoted after three weeks at the job), keeping track of their coding, running a weekly meeting. In Fall 2021, became the longest tenured team lead in company history.Organizing some social events for interns both in my team and in the program as a whole.Was promoted to Supervising Genome Analyst, which entailed joining the Genome Operations Team, assisting in training new interns, and attending bi-weekly company meetings. Helped initial efforts in the project of coding television. Began assisting with interviews and recruiting for the program in an official capacity in August, 2021. Overall, coded 100+ movies and 30+ episodes of television in addition to various additional projects and coding exercises, outstripping the expected count as an intern by roughly 20 films. Also overseen the coding of over 500 additional films by team members.In January 2022, became a part time employee with Katch on the Genomic Operations team.
