Reached $20M in yearly revenue by getting new customers, increasing purchase sizes, and encouraging more frequent spending. Created a trucker loyalty program with over 2,000 members, set up fleet card systems, organized inventory, and automated customer accounts and fuel tracking to improve retention and efficiency.
