CurrentLeading DE&I and CSR for the Business Unit Actuation Systems in Italy, UK, France, Poland, India, Indonesia, USAResponsible for:- providing thought leadership on DE&I across the global organization in partnership to establish DEI strategies, measurable goals and build leadership accountability - partnering with HR teams to develop equitable and inclusive recruitment, onboarding and retention practices- organizing and promoting training and educational programs to advance employees’ understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion- providing support and guidance to employee resource groups to enhance the impact of their initiatives - reviewing existing policies to ensure a fair treatment of all employees- drafting DE&I-related materials to regularly communicate and publicize initiatives, events and progress internally and externally- managing the extended DEI and CSR team
