After 3 years of process and technical proficiency , hard work and dedication, and assisting with management / leadership tasks i was promoted to Verification of employment Team Lead. This role helped me expand upon my skill set by providing a new opportunity relating to managerial skill building.During my development in this role we were faced with a massive increase in work volume and had to find a way to increase our staffing and simplify the process used to perform needed tasks.Successes included assisting in the development of many new procedures and policies designed to simplify and increase efficiency of our verification process , Assist in the hiring / decision making process for our team , Assistant in development of a training program designed to provide needed skills and insights.Aside from the standard role i was able to use my technical and procedural skills to help design and implement new enhancements to the programs used for the verification process including Designing , testing, and training while also helping to bridge the gap between the verification team and the IT development and quality assurance teams.

I was as a verification of employment processor for 3 years and developed knowledge about the Employment and wage verification industry and customer service fields. In these 3 years i became proficient in the verification process and expanded upon my abilities in relation to the technical platforms used. I Joined veri-tax during a period when 1-200 Requests daily were standard and stay with the company through it's growth to over 1000 orders per day. I found this to be a great opportunity to use my knowledge of computers to assist in developing new and efficient technical procedures.Successes included recognition as a leader in productivity , development of windows platform navigation and keyboard dexterity , and a reputation as the "Go to" guy for questions relating to procedure and process.

My role as a political canvasser was to walk door to door throughout neighborhoods in the orange county area providing information to potential voters prior to the 2012 presidential election. This role was found to be extremely difficult and had a steep learning curve as we were tasked with walking 10-15 miles a day performing face to face discussions about political candidates and bills on the ballot.Skills developed included Face to face professional conversational skill, mapping and sectioning of an area to ensure our group could cover the entirety of a particular zone, and gaining knowledge of the United States political process.
