PLP has been in operation for over 50 years and is laying the groundwork for the next 50. Zeus flagpoles range from standard residential poles to commercial poles up to, and even exceeding, 100 ft, with optional yardarm and gaff additions, and are available in custom colors. Hyperia light poles include standard round tapered and straight as well as decorative fluted poles with a variety of formed decorative shrouds, also available in custom colors. On both fronts, because we manufacture with composite materials, our products can't rust, corrode, pit or rot and will outperform their metal counterparts and look more beautiful for years. Founded SmartGeorge to address the challenges young people experience when they face the post-graduation challenges of "real life". We developed a two-phase program that helps young people learn how to approach personal finance both technically and psychologically. Scheerer Holdings, Ltd. was the corporate entity which owned the Master Franchise rights to Cartridge World in New England (MA, VT, NH, ME). Cartridge World is the world's leading retail provider of remanufactured inkjet and laser printer cartridges. While the retail locations enable all consumers the opportunity to purchase quality refilled cartridges at a great savings, the majority of store revenues typically come from commercial accounts served through pick up and delivery services.Purchased initial Master rights in 2004 to develop the Cartridge World brand throughout New England. Responsible for all aspects of business formation, operation and growth including marketing, real estate procurement and development, franchisee training, finance, territory management, etc. Developed 20+ locations in five states which generated, on average, $5MM per year. Region was regularly in the top three to five performing regions, in average store sales, out of roughly 30 in the US.

Formed Scheerer Holdings, Ltd. to develop real estate in Boston. Purchased manufacturing site as part of deal to sell the Lavin Corporation and began design and permitting process for repurposing of site. Successful profitable sale of project in 2002 doubling investment.
