Partnered with Harry's Chief Growth Officer to support the integration of Lume Deodorant. Supported Lume's launch into Target nationwide in partnership with Lume's management team & leaders across the company. Supported the Harry's executive team with the roll out of enterprise-wide Integrated Business Planning systems & processes. Led the design and implementation of enterprise-wide updates to New Product Introduction process.
