More than 25 years of in-depth experience in the civil society sector, in and outside of Macedonia. Active member of various civil society organizations (CSOs) since 1992, holding executive positions from 1996 onwards. From 1996 to 2001 I have been holding the position of member of the Executive Board, Coordinator of the Youth and Secretary General at the national environmental network the Ecologists’ Movement of Macedonia, DEM (Friends of the Earth Macedonia). In 2000 I participated in the initiative and establishment of the South East European Environmental NGOs Network (SEEENN), managing its Secretariat from 2001 to 2004. From 2003-2004 I have participated as member of the Initiative Board in the establishment of Civic Platform of Macedonia (CPM). From 2014 until 2017 I have worked for the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCIC), as project and program coordinator (civil society and social cohesion programs), researcher and mobilization of resources officer. In 2014/2015 for Civica Mobilitas I have developed methodology and tools for comprehensive self-assessment of CSOs. In the period 2018-2020 I have managed the EU funded project "EU Regional Action for Roma Education: Increased Education Opportunities for Roma Students and Roma Youth in Western Balkans and Turkey" implemented by Roma Education Fund (REF). Currently I am managing grants, finance and administration at Resilience, Sustainable Energy and Marine Biodiversity Programme (RESEMBID), funded by EU and implemented by Expertise France.Since 1993 I have coordinated or managed more than 50 diverse projects or programs (grant and service contracts): Participatory program/project design, including design of donor-funded grant programs and grants; Socio-political and socio-cultural research and analysis; Collaborative design, organization and facilitation of events; Design and conduct of various types of trainings, including trainings on donor programs and procedures, project cycle management, fundraising, networking, needs assessment, public relations etc.; Procurement and Financial management, planning, monitoring on a continuous basis, ensure accuracy, reporting. As part of this portfolio I have coordinated teams (staff, experts) and collaborated with other colleagues, partners, local and central authorities, relevant stakeholders or potential partners.
