In addition to my nursing qualifications, I hold a Healthcare Management and Hospital Administration (MBA) degree, am a certified specialist in Organ Donation and Transplantation, and have earned a Yellow Belt certification. Moreover, I have experience in the CMC inpatient unit, kidney and liver transplant, clinical decision unit, semi-intensive care, hematology, BMT, and cell therapy.I implemented new high-complexity patient units, structuring and training teams. I actively participated in the process of obtaining quality seals, such as the Cofen Quality Seal, ONA 3, HIMSS 7, and FACT.My performance has resulted in high-performance teams with excellent customer and employee satisfaction rates, significant reduction of assistance indicators, as well as cost reduction and financial optimization. I participated in the Leader Development Program.I contributed to process improvements and in the implementation of strategic projects, such as international certification, as well as in the implementation of new units and training of nursing teams for high-complexity units.
