The Entrepreneur Selection and Growth team turbo-charges the Endeavor Experience for high impact entrepreneurs around the world, by facilitating a value added selection process and providing access to a global network of mentors, investors and partners that will help their companies accelerate growth.Enhance the different stakeholders experience (entrepreneurs, mentors, partners, local affiliates), to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction.Responsible for: Colombia, Egypt, Greece, Jordan, Lebanon, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Turkey.

Service portfolio companies from Mexico, Colombia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, through Endeavor's world wide network of mentors and partners, to address their growing challenges and enhance their Endeavor Experience. Manage the relation with some of the top Business Schools, such as Harvard, MIT, Babson and IESE, to increase the number of programs their students participate with Endeavor Entrepreneurs, such as summer internships, team projects, on-site labs, etc.

Started as new business development and evolved all the way to managing director, having positive results on both the commercial strategy and internal processes. Built a sales team that took the brand from being the 6th to 3rd in terms of revenues among our direct competitors.Put together systems that allowed better controls which led to improvements in areas such as logistics, operations and purchasing.Built strong relationships with the main stakeholders: Architects & designers, contractors, real estate, etc.

Developed the service offer for Endeavor Entrepreneurs, which included: Mentor network, partner support from companies such as KPMG, Deloitte, Government Institutions, etc., and networking events with board members and mexican business community. Launched the first regional office outside of Mexico city.
