Built as the lifetime work of my father supported by my mother, the ship has a skilled, native Croatian crew that creates an unparalleled experience from land to sea, including serving the highest quality Dalmatian cuisine, coordinating tours and sightseeing trips, and catering to any need that our passengers may have.

Orr Fellows launch their careers at innovative, carefully selected Indianapolis host companies and, outside of work, Fellows grow and learn alongside each other for two jam-packed years.During their two-year tenure, Orr Fellows gain executive-level mentorship at their Host Companies, build an impressive professional network through monthly Business Leader Meetings, and join an invaluable peer network with other talented recent grads.Work includes:- serving on the Fellowship's Leadership Team as Director of the Capstone Experience- leading 34 (fellows, executive director, and board member) on a 2-week capstone trip to Argentina- helping to guide strategy & communication for the greater fellowship- participating in Business Leader meetings, monthly Fellowship meetings, quarterly case competitions, and various workshops, seminars, and classes
