As a intern, I am exposed to both R&D and QC department. I had been learning all of the skills to organize a research and to follow up the projects. I also will ensure all the products undergoes testing and according to all the rules and regulations.

As a GSA, I provided services to customers as good as possible to satisfy their needs without violation of any rules and terms. I able to handle various type of customers and speak professionally to avoid any unnecessary argument. I had been awarded for good performance throughout the period and good in handling stress and situation without bringing in any negative emotion.
