My job was to map the Sales and Aftermarket processes to our DMS solution for Volvo Car Dealers in Europe.Driving workshops with dealer representatives to specify the needs from our markets and then driving the changes in the IT solution together with our IT supplier in UK.

Also to give the trainees deeper training in system development and project management.In total the program hired 30 university students.
