This position was part of State Farm's Property Design Enhancement Test to determine the viability of a redesign to their claim work flow. This position was specialized solely in handling auto claims involving "total loss" vehicles for 7 states. In this position, I reviewed estimates and vehicle evaluations to determine whether to repair a vehicles or consider the vehicle to be a total loss. I presented settlement figures to the customer and confirmed the appropriate documentation for settlement and transfer of title was sent. During this test, processes and guidelines changed on a daily basis. I demonstrated adaptability and learning agility by staying abreast of the ever changing processes and expectations. The test was deemed a success and the idea was implemented company wide.
