Working in the tourism sector for more than 6 years.In the current position, besides basic reception duties as checking customers in and out, customer care and reservations management, I am also general manager, with broader duties such as social media contents management, logistics, purchases, customer follow-up or market analysis and definition of the corporate strategies and policies.My professional background also includes international experience in the fields of sustainable tourism and community-based economics, in the Republic of Cabo Verde. This position, accepted right after the end of my academic years, and in partnership with several local and international NGOs and the EU, greatly shaped my professional aspirations in the tourism sector, and allowed me to understand the importance of the comunnities' inclusion in the success of a project within a specific context.I believe that the combination of both these work experiences, the most significant ones in my profissional path, made me acquire an important set of habilities in the tourism sector, which combines the customer service skills with the fulfillment of the institutional goals.I am a flexible, dedicated person, with great initiative and able to work both individually and as a team member. Above all, I am passionate about the career I chose, and in constant pursuit of new professional challenges.
