Consultant in initiatives, programs, policies and / or projects of sustainable development.Throughout six years of career I have acquired valuable experiences in various public, private and multilateral entities such as the United Nations Development Program, the Public Innovation Team of the National Planning Department of Colombia, the Early Childhood Innovation Laboratory of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare, the Public Innovation Laboratory of Bogotá-iBO, among others.My work has focused on supporting various organizations in the design and leadership of projects with focus and innovation as well as in the leadership of the monitoring, evaluation and learning process.Passionate about exploring, testing and rethinking how to manage teams with purpouse and develop different ways of doing M&E that are consistent with the complex nature of the challenges facing the world today.
