- Sourcing for different clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food processing industry as well as in the IT sector - being responsible for developing new search/sourcing methodologies - On-boarding of new hires

Planning the sourcing strategy for assigned positions and creating job ads based on the Intake information- Using all available and suitable sourcing channels and search methods to generate candidates- Defining innovative ways for sourcing “hard to find” candidates and contributing to continuously develop and apply new search techniques and methodologies- Reaching out to potential candidates via telephone and/or email and creating interest in the positions searched for - Checking the principal qualification of active and passive candidates through visual and telephone screens- Preparing and finalizing the shortlisted candidate files and coordinating the handover to the onsite Recruiting Consultant or the hiring manager - Monitoring the quality and quantity of the pipeline for the assigned positions and managing his/her sourcing efforts according to internal KPIs- Establishing and maintaining a powerful network using social media strategy in order to generate candidates and promote the client's employer's brand - Assuring timely feedback and communication with the candidates to support a positive candidate experience and “cleaning” the sourcing pipeline after a requisition is closed- Working together with the onsite Recruitment Consultants or the client’s hiring managers on questions around the Intake, approvals for Job Ads, candidate’s presentation and communication - Together with the onsite Recruitment Consultants or the client’s hiring managers defining the requirements of an open position and translating them according to candidates' profiles- Providing market feedback and intelligence to Recruitment Consultants or the client’s hiring managers based on the experience in the respective talent market
