CurrentWhat I do:- Facilitating Design Sprints together with my Team Members to gather requirements from Clients. - Together with the team, we write user stories, create product backlogs, and planning for Development Sprints. - Managing projects with fellow development team and Clients. I'm typically the SCRUM Master for assigned Agile-SCRUM projects, I'm the person with the whip, and also impediments removal coordinator for the team if there are any reported.- Ensure the entire Sprint Ceremonies are conducted and adhered to whenever we run Development Sprints. At the end of every Sprint, I ensure we have Sprint Review (demo session) of the product that we are building with the Client, and Sprint Retrospective (what we can do better for the next sprint). This process repeats until the Client decides if the product is to be launched or continue more feature builds.- I keep track of the Team’s actual time spent and compare them against the requirement’s initial estimations, this is so that we know if we are overestimating or underestimating the time required for every feature build for the product.
