• Responsible for the creation of shop orders and necessary shop packet documentation; schedule and communicates production changes out to shop floor.
• Communicate with coworkers regarding delivery information and coordination of production plan to shop floor.
• Review the MPS and MRP data and take appropriate actions required to issue, change or flag production orders to meet customer demand.
• Ensure that there is adequate lead time to complete orders released to the shop floor and help develop a plan for items that need to be scheduled with short lead times.
• Responsible for inventory cycle counts and accuracy.
• Create capacity plans to accommodate customer requests, to include recovery plans.

• Collaborating with production managers and employees to schedule work in all sections of the plant, from raw materials to shipping of medical devices and instruments.
• Perform cycle counts on materials and finished goods to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Entry level planning of component level and finished goods production.
