Responsibilities include overseeing contract satisfaction, maintaining inventory, communicating and supervising fleet of technicians; directing and coordinating training of technicians in compliance with Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) and Structural Pest Control Service (SPCS) laws and regulations, identifying target species such as any pests that adversely affect household environments, in contrast with non-target species of plants and insects that can be considered neutral or beneficial to said environment, planning, directing and coordinating technician schedule and assignments; ensuring technician compliance with TDA requirements; leading, assigning and monitoring the work of all 16 technicians that fall under my supervision.

Responsibilities included Invasive aquatic species identification and removal, native aquatic flora restoration, macro invertebrate research with collection sorting and compiling data, communicating and cooperating with fellow workers in proper handling of endangered species in compliance with environmental laws and regulations and working with multiple GIS maps.
