Responsibilities include overseeing contract satisfaction, maintaining inventory, communicating and supervising fleet of technicians; directing and coordinating training of technicians in compliance with Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) and Structural Pest Control Service (SPCS) laws and regulations, identifying target species such as any pests that adversely affect household environments, in contrast with non-target species of plants and insects that can be considered neutral or beneficial to said environment, planning, directing and coordinating technician schedule and assignments; ensuring technician compliance with TDA requirements; leading, assigning and monitoring the work of all 16 technicians that fall under my supervision.

Responsibilities included Invasive aquatic species identification and removal, native aquatic flora restoration, macro invertebrate research with collection sorting and compiling data, communicating and cooperating with fellow workers in proper handling of endangered species in compliance with environmental laws and regulations and working with multiple GIS maps.

A Leasing Agent serves as a peer educator and helper in order to facilitate the personal and academic growth and development of residential students. Leasing Agents are selected on the basis of leadership experiences, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be a positive role model academically and behaviorally, interest in working with students to develop a positive floor/building community and willingness to promote their own personal growth and development. As well as maintain and meet monthly leasing goals.

Duties will include stocking the shelves with shoes, clothing, as well as running the cash register up front where you will process returns, and more. Assisting customers with finding their shoes in the back, as well as making sure that they have all of their questions answered.

Responsible for preparing regular and fluorescently-labeled cells and analyzing the cells by flow cytometry. With some guidance, plan and execute laboratory procedures in a clinical setting, adapting or modifying experimental methods to solve problems. With some guidance, critically analyze analytical data and interpret results.
