As the founder of this consultancy, I have collaborated with clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, implementing strategies that propel organisational success.

During a 12-month consultancy contract, I was tasked with managing the rapid expansion of one of Halian’s largest accounts, Sidra Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in the Middle East, located in Qatar. My role necessitated on-site work, with my time divided between Dubai (two days) and Qatar (three days). Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer and the Executive Directors of Sidra Hospital.
