Eventually i promoted to Project Leader & Quality Assurance Director of Bugloos at the same time.As project leader i have to guide developers technically when there is an impediment. I mostly manage my projects using Scrum techniques with the help of “Pivotal Tracker” project management tool.I believe regular daily standup meetings are having direct effect.

After Kamkar i joined a dutch company named Bugloos (meaning bugless) as PHP developer.Here i found the chance to develop WordPress Themes for 50+ businesses in different categories and requirements. I can summarize my 2 years experience at a sentence: “Quality means paying attention to smallest details”.I was mostly involved with:- Creating front-end.

After proposal of developing a POS application based on company needs, Board members let me gather a team leaded by me to develop the software.The new Integrated Web Application was accepted because:- Branch server was not needed anymore.- Bug fixing was applied on all branches.- Staff could use the application everywhere like Warehouse, shelves and even.

Kamkar was a holding consisting of 4 food industry factories & 7 chained hypermarkets in different areas. When i entered the company they were extending the hypermarkets and were opening new branches. My responsibility was to set up each branch cashiers PC POS systems from hardware to softwares. When all branches were fully equipped then i was responsible.
