Eventually i promoted to Project Leader & Quality Assurance Director of Bugloos at the same time.As project leader i have to guide developers technically when there is an impediment. I mostly manage my projects using Scrum techniques with the help of “Pivotal Tracker” project management tool.I believe regular daily standup meetings are having direct effect on project Quality to reach deadlines.Right now every detail of the project is converted to well described tasks and when the task is finished by developer, it takes a tester to test it and the project leader to deliver the task and product owner to accept/reject the task.In the methodology i use, each sprint (a week) tasks will be demonstrated through a meeting to the customer weekly.

After Kamkar i joined a dutch company named Bugloos (meaning bugless) as PHP developer.Here i found the chance to develop WordPress Themes for 50+ businesses in different categories and requirements. I can summarize my 2 years experience at a sentence: “Quality means paying attention to smallest details”.I was mostly involved with:- Creating front-end screens.- Developing custom WordPress themes.- Implementing new features or bug fixing on previous websites of Bugloos- Giving feedback on implemented front end designs and testing functionality of other developers’ tasks.- Reformatting the structure of old websites to be able to gain 85+ at Google pagespeed insights rank.- Reformatting source code for SEO optimization.

After proposal of developing a POS application based on company needs, Board members let me gather a team leaded by me to develop the software.The new Integrated Web Application was accepted because:- Branch server was not needed anymore.- Bug fixing was applied on all branches.- Staff could use the application everywhere like Warehouse, shelves and even in suppliers’ offices while negotiating.- Managers could access Live transaction data & Stock amount of products.At that time i was responsible for leading the whole company IT affairs aside the web application development.

Kamkar was a holding consisting of 4 food industry factories & 7 chained hypermarkets in different areas. When i entered the company they were extending the hypermarkets and were opening new branches. My responsibility was to set up each branch cashiers PC POS systems from hardware to softwares. When all branches were fully equipped then i was responsible of fixing cashiers and branch managers issues with the system from Central Office. Unfortunately RS POS Software used for shops were mostly having problems due to bad Services of software provider.After one year i came up with the Idea of developing a POS Application based on the holding requirements.
