• Second member of Smile's first Customer Success team, ensured customers'​ successful implementation of Smile's FHIR clinical data repository (CDR) platform across 20 U.S. payer databases that allowed U.S. payers to to meet the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule (CMS-9115-F) compliance enforcement deadline of July 1, 2021.• First active Smile CDR employee to achieve the distinction of being confirmed by HL7 International® as proficient in the HL7 ® FHIR® R4 Standard. Certification was achieved on 9/4/2021 (12th individual in Canada to be certified as HL7 ® FHIR® R4 Proficient). Founded a company wide initiative on HL7 ® FHIR® training with over 150+ employees registered.
