I work with one global telco customer where I have complete responsibility for sales, customer satisfaction in addition to a complete budget and profit responsibility.• Negotiated frame agreement for product and services• Closed several multimillion dollar transactions• Negotiated several renewals• Hosted several visits to briefing centers• Initiated global corporate governance between CA and customer• Organised several meetings between CA and customer executives I manage all local and global initiatives that are run out of Stockholm; I am also responsible for account governance, customer satisfaction, co-ordinating CA initiatives in other regions in addition to all internal reporting and follow-up.I made 80% of my quote the first year that spanned over 3 quarters, second year I made 186% of my quota and last year I made 168% of my quota, I have qualified for our top award “Compass Club” on two occasions and several other awards during this time.
