For over 25 years Dan has represented investors, financial services and corporate clients in complex corporate, financing and creditors’ rights matters. He recently joined the firm after serving as a partner, and having spent his entire career, at Lowenstein Sandler.Dan helps business clients find creative, practical approaches to business opportunities and challenges. He is a “hard listener” who focuses intently on his client’s business, needs and goals. He represents buyers, sellers and creditors in bankruptcy and UCC Article 9 sales and acquisitions. Dan has handled bankruptcy cash collateral, lien, adequate protection and inter-creditor disputes. Dan has had speaking engagements for bar associations, continuing legal education organizations, trade associations, professional firms and clients and has been a resource for business and legal organizations and publications.
