Responsible for the day-to-day administration of Human Resources operations: Counsel employees and leadership on regulations, HR policies, practices and procedures, labor law and collective bargaining agreements; create and deliver training programs; proactively work with managers and employees to identify potential issues and trends in the workplace; identify opportunities for and actively participate in continuous improvement.
