Daniel ("Danny") Berger is the General Counsel, Vice President of Corporate Development, and Secretary at Hazel Technologies, Inc., a biotech start-up focused on extending the shelf life of fruits, vegetables, and fresh-cut flowers. Prior to joining Hazel, Danny was a corporate attorney associated with Watson Farley & Williams LLP, a large London-based international law firm, where his practice focused on cross-border corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. He also drafted and advised on filings and submissions with the Securities and Exchange Commission.Danny is an honors graduate of Emory University School of Law, where his coursework emphasized transactional law and technology commercialization, and a graduate of Emory College, where he studied political science and linguistics and was the student body president.
