I am an IT professional that is easy to talk to and enjoy explaining IT terms and processes to those not a comfortable with such things. Technology can make all of our jobs much easier and more efficient at the same time. If people are afraid and or intimidated by this technology they may push technological advances away. Currently, I am working at Delek US Holding, LLC as a systems Administrator. My focus is on Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange and Azure AD. I also focused on eDiscovery and Legal Holds support for the company. Lastly, I support Cyber Security on initiatives and serve as primary point of contact for them. I enjoy the the interaction this position offers me to all the different groups within our organization. Building strong relationships with users, customers and vendors and teammates is my passion. Meeting new people and helping them perform their jobs more efficiently and with the latest technology while helping them to become more comfortable and knowledgeable with technology is what I enjoy. Having the opportunity to mentor junior teammates is something I make time for and enjoy doing. Working with and learning from my managers and teammates is turning out to be a very rewarding experience throughout my career. Everyday brings new challenges and it’s an exciting time to be part of an amazing group of IT professionals. Truly a blessing.
