Responsible for software development/engineering/maintenance and operational tier 1/2/3 support of Programs totaling $10M+ in annual revenue.

Continuation of role after Ticom Geomatics was acquired by Six3 and then CACI.• Created and led Project Management Office of a heavily-matrixed 200 person company with over 100 projects in progress at any given time. Total project budgets exceeded $40 million per year.• Developed and implemented numerous processes and tools that increased visibility into project status and aided in resource management, especially for projects that reached across multiple divisions.• Experience with CPFF, FFP, and T&M type contracts, including the implications of the budget and expense restrictions of each.

Senior Assessor for Commander, Navy Information Force Reserves.

• Operations Officer for 40 person unit augmenting US Africa Command HQ in Stuttgart, Germany.• Supported USAFRICOM Information Operations staff during exercises.

• Led unit consisting of 30 Navy Reserve Officers, Chiefs, and Sailors. Responsible for maintaining mobilization and operational readiness of personnel.• Conducted Cryptologic and Information Operations support to Navy Information Operations Command Texas, Commander Tenth Fleet, and Commander Pacific Fleet.

• Led unit consisting of 40 Navy Reserve Officers, Chiefs, and Sailors. Responsible for maintaining mobilization and operational readiness of personnel.• Conducted Cryptologic and Information Operations support to Navy Information Operations Command Texas, National Geospatial Agency (NGA)-West, and Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO).• Unit recognized as number 1 of 15 Navy Reserve units in St. Louis by award of the St. Louis Chiefs' Association Amberg Award for outstanding readiness, community service, personnel development, and contributions to the active duty supported command.

• Mobilized to Active Duty for 1 year. Led forty Sailors and Marines in Division Headquarters conducting Information Operations for USMC Division in Iraq, emphasizing OPSEC, EW, MILDEC, and Strategic Communications.• Directed fifteen information operations campaigns, including Detainee Release Response, Al Anbar Border Initiative, Sons of Iraq Transition, Operations Defeat Al Qaeda in the North II, Transfer to Provincial Iraqi Control, and the Iraqi Provincial Elections. Developed themes, messages, talking points for engagements, and synchronized all information efforts to ensure populace understood operation rationales.• Extensive coordination with attached Army PSYOP Company, subordinate Regiments, and Multinational Corps – Iraq headquarters.• Awarded Meritorious Service Medal by Commanding General, I MEF(Fwd).

• Led over thirty Sailors and Junior Officers in the performance of numerous National, Joint, and Navy missions supporting NSA Texas, Navy Information Operations Command Texas, and US Southern Command.

During this time period TGI was acquired by Six3 and then CACI.

• Led a team of 15 engineers, scientists, and computer scientists working simultaneously on over ten different projects at any given time. Responsible for schedule, budget, and resource management of the team. Approved technical engineering decisions.• Led numerous multi-day ground vehicle and flight tests for geolocation systems and services. Sought after by Program Managers to lead tests for their projects due to reputation for professionalism, attention-to-detail, and a quick grasp on the test objectives and how to accomplish them. Responsibilities included test plan generation, test coordination (including range approval and aircraft logistics), and final report creation. Tests were conducted in town or at U.S. government ranges.

• Planned and coordinated signals intelligence operations of ten U.S. and coalition units in the Pacific Ocean and Persian Gulf, balancing locations, missions, and capabilities to satisfy critical intelligence support requirements.• Developed first-ever use of computer tasking and coordination of naval cryptologic assets leading to greatly increased mission success.
