Making sure mechanics stay focused on task, and provide optimal service in a quick and efficient manner. b. Take payment once repairs are complete and customers are satisfied.c. Resolve issues if customers are not satisfied.d. Discuss additional repairs that the mechanics came across if there were additional issues.2. Wholesale Car Buying / Selling – Buying Inventory for the mechanics to repair so the vehicle can be sold to a current or future customer.a. Making sure all vehicles are as they were supposed to be physically, mechanically, as well as legally.b. Ensuring all paperwork has ben processed and recorded to be able to title and correctly sell each vehicle.3. Mechanic Shop – Making sure all mechanics are working required hours and providing customers great experiences during the process.a. Director Of Training & Quality Assurance
My primary function was talent acquisition through recruitment, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, initial training, follow-up training through learning and development as necessary, and overall Quality Assurance of all 85 Dispatchers / CSR's. I was also solely responsible for creating, and implementing the training program I designed from scratch, as well as continually changing and improving my training program. Part of my QA position was to ensure we receive correct payment for all 200 – 350 jobs per day between all departments during out tremendous growth period. When issues arise I collaborated with department leadership to resolve each work order and correct payment.I also was the system admin responsible for creating and managing user accounts and individual account permissions for the following systems.• Transit Pros Web Based System – The primary system used for daily work. It is where we receive our jobs from clients, or manually create jobs as needed for specialty situations.• Quality Assurance System – The Quality Assurance System was responsible for recording phone calls as well as the employees screen to validate what was spoken to information input in the Transit Pros System. It is where we grade calls at random, as well as ensure procedures are followed by all employees. This system also allowed us to create training scenarios for specific areas based upon what each employee needed to work on.• Rackspace Email Server – Making sure all emails and email aliases were correct and being sent / received by the correct people.• Door Security System (HID Key Fobs / Cards) – This is our door entry system. I was responsible for making sure each person had a key fob and that their information was correct to show when they arrived, left, and were not allowed in the building.• FAXAGE – This is our fax system and how we receive jobs from clients, and manage all other incoming / outgoing faxes for vendors and clients.

My primary function was to act as a Store Owner. At Waffle House, there is only one manager and that is the Unit manager. I was responsible for ALL aspects of running each restaurant while working a minimum of 7 hours on the floor with employees and customers.
