I am by nature a serial Entrepreneur with a passion for Commercial Real Estate, the Hotel Industry, the Music Business and Baseball. The realization that more recent human/business behavior and the underlying businesses or industries are antiquated and becoming more so with the breakneck speed of innovation has built a passion in finding gaps in different industries with solutions that can work in all of the above is the focus, planning public launch early 2024.I worked in a family hotel owner operations business for many years, with experience in every department from housekeeping through asset management.I founded and ran the hotel brokerage specialty group NAI Global Hotels, growing from myself to over 12 agents in more than 6 US locations as well as 3 additional agents and offices in the UK, Mexico and Thailand. NAI Global Hotels quickly grew to generate over $500,000 in revenue annually in 2005 and 2006.In 2007 I partnered with several other hospitality specialists and co-founded Paramount Lodging Advisors, a hospitality specialty brokerage and consulting company. We established Paramount Capital Advisors in 2018 continuing with the same proven philosophies.I am currently working closely with Commercial Real Estate and business veterans as well as thinkers pursuing new vehicles to create value for anyone interested in Real Estate providing services to date unavailable through traditional means.I have been a singer/songwriter for almost 3 decades, releasing albums and performing live on an off throughout. As part of the COVID quarantine, I found that my passion for music had only been stoked further and will be releasing new music in 2020 under the moniker Spot.I founded a non profit youth sports organization Great Lakes Gladiators, Inc and serve on the Board of the DePaul University School of Hospitality Leadership.
