Leading social strategy for Go Ape and implementing new platforms and processes. Responsible for the growth and implementation of Go Ape’s global social media community, from non-existent in 2009, to 150,000 connections in 2019.Responsible for copywriting across the digital board including the brands national eNewsletter, retargeting, seasonal campaigns and bespoke email marketing. Central to writing the Crisis Management strategy document from a social media perspective.Continual support and ongoing communication between 40 different adventures locally, regionally and nationally. Reporting on initiatives both online and offline.

Established, managed and developed the social media communities of Go Ape within the UK to support and build on an emerging digital/web presence. Worked closely and supported the digital team in creating a brand new website in 2010 and played a key role building a mobile friendly version in 2012 across tablet and smart phones.Managed annual marketing budget, which covered advertising, digital and PR for both online and traditional media.
