This period of time comprised working with several companies held by Private Equity firms. My mandate was to rapidly grow revenue and selling margins allowing for two types of exit (Sale or bolt-on acquisitions). Each was Professionals in providing Staffing and trade services or A&E, Construction & Project Management to the world’s top Retailers, C-Store, CPG's & Fixture/Decor manufacturers. Value of projects managed ranged from $500k to in excess of $250 Mil/year. These roles also included input into all client services, ensuring clear goals and expectations are defined and measured. Heavy emphasis is placed on the logistics, planning, the scope of work, and assets required to execute to success and that KPI measurements are in place. Dan works closely with all stakeholders to ensure that: cost, speed & quality goals meet the client’s expectations and are communicated clearly. He also utilizes his ISO Quality systems background to drive continuous improvement processes.• Acting as Owner Rep in many cases, working in the field to oversee construction activities, safety, facilities maintenance and staffing. - Clients Channels include – Home Improvement, Mass Merchants, Drug/Dollar, Casino, Automotive, Hospitality and casual dining.• A strong supporter of investments in appropriate systems to assure effective communication and productivity gains.• KPI’s, Performance Scorecards and Metrics that drive our quality and safety systems.Clients new to our group in the last year include: Caribou Coffee, Walgreens, Hertz/Dollar/Thrifty, Ayres Hotels, Casino Del Sol, Chili's, Panda, Ross Stores, Safeway and more. Partners with General Contractors, Architects and City Planners to meet goals.Retail Services & Architectural + Construction & Trade Services (Sun Group, DDP Holdings/Apollo Retail, BrandPoint & ACS).
