I spent nearly a decade studying and preparing to enter full time ministry, both at Indiana Wesleyan University (BA - Christian Ministries) and Asbury Theological Seminary (MA-Biblical Studies). My vision was to develop and prepare myself for full time ministry, and when I graduated IWU in '06, I went to Asbury Theological Seminary.While, living in Kentucky, I was able to spend time dealing with the questions, "What does it mean to be a Christian?" and "What does it mean to be the church?" while interacting at an indepth level with the Biblical text. I focused in New Testament studies, spending the most time working my studies mostly in Matthew, Mark, Hebrews, the General Epistles, and 2 Corinthians.As a pastor, my goal is to help those under my care, be able to deal with at the deepest levels those two questions through their own interaction with the text.Specialties: Biblical studies, Student Ministries,
