I led a team of relationship fundraisers responsible for raising vital funds for the work of the Australian Red Cross. Further, I held a portfolio of philanthropic supporters and sat on the Executive Leadership Team of the Society of Women Leaders. I implemented a new Major Donor program into the organisation and was responsible for the 2020 major donor campaigns.

As National Development Manager I was responsible for all major gift and middle market supporter facing activities within the organisation including the managing of a National team of State-based relationship managers. I oversaw the creation of both tailored and standard products used by the Development Team for major gift, middle market, philanthropic and corporate fundraising. These products capture the core of Opportunity including our Livelihoods, Health and Education Programs.
