    Hired to lead the newly established Identity team in Telia Next which were part of the engineering organisation in Telia Norway. In march 2017, Telia Company established Division X, a new division (200+ employees) to spearhead IoT, big data and platform development, where I led an extended team focusing on solving GDPR compliance on a group level in addition to the continued work on a global identity solution. Everything culminated in what we called Trust as a Service, a user focused solution for identity and privacy management with advanced UX-led features. The goal was to use the service as key strategic enabler for solving Telia’s KYC needs, user centricity across brands and countries and GDPR compliant data processing. Worked on identity and privacy strategy, managed major stakeholders within Telia Company (Norway, Sweden, Group Legal, etc). Built and collaborated with a network of ambassadors and advocates for the ideas behind trust, identity, privacy to effectively help Telia Company within these areas. Had strong focus on building a strong, motivated and resilient team. Also functioned as acting tech lead for privacy in addition to working on product management. Successfully led the team to build and release a scalable consent management solution for Telia Sweden, managing millions of consents.
