Started as the initiator of the Orbit concept and co-founder of the company, responsible for building the concept from inception to production. Worked on building and hiring a dynamic team, establishing our way of working, our processes, our strategy and business goals. Later responsible for product development (taking over as the Chief Product Officer) in addition to being responsible for data protection and security in the company (as the company's Data Protection Officer). Main responsible for the solution architecture of all business concepts in Orbit, including business models, processes, and later on pricing strategies. Responsible for the product roadmap and priorities, managing a product team of 5 skilled individuals, balancing the fine act of providing both customer and business value in everything we built. I also was involved in managing operational relationships with customers, stakeholders and subcontractors, including establishing necessary processes around operations, support and customer relationships. In collaboration with the rest of the management team I was responsible for setting business goals, OKRs, and day to day operations. I played a crucial role in conducting market analysis and identifying opportunities for the company. This involved gathering data and insights on target market segments, assessing the competition, and identifying potential growth strategies to propel the company forward.

In my venture into the prop tech domain, I spearheaded a deep dive research & analysis effort to uncover pivotal enhancements and opportunities tailored for Recreate. Recognizing the challenges in commercial real estate, we conceptualized a comprehensive office space management platform. This platform seamlessly integrated booking, access, space analytics, and payments, aiming to streamline the commercial real estate operations. Our goal was to offer a unified interface for all stakeholders, from facility managers to tenants. This initiative not only set the stage for the possibility for large-scale office sharing, but also emphasized sustainability and operational efficiency for Recreate's property assets. This project subsequently evolved into a standalone entity named Orbit Technology AS.

Hired to lead the newly established Identity team in Telia Next which were part of the engineering organisation in Telia Norway. In march 2017, Telia Company established Division X, a new division (200+ employees) to spearhead IoT, big data and platform development, where I led an extended team focusing on solving GDPR compliance on a group level in addition to the continued work on a global identity solution. Everything culminated in what we called Trust as a Service, a user focused solution for identity and privacy management with advanced UX-led features. The goal was to use the service as key strategic enabler for solving Telia’s KYC needs, user centricity across brands and countries and GDPR compliant data processing. Worked on identity and privacy strategy, managed major stakeholders within Telia Company (Norway, Sweden, Group Legal, etc). Built and collaborated with a network of ambassadors and advocates for the ideas behind trust, identity, privacy to effectively help Telia Company within these areas. Had strong focus on building a strong, motivated and resilient team. Also functioned as acting tech lead for privacy in addition to working on product management. Successfully led the team to build and release a scalable consent management solution for Telia Sweden, managing millions of consents.

Recognized as the go-to person, taking technical and operational product leadership on the SPiD single sign-on and payment platform. Key contributor to global components efforts in Schibsted involving identity, payment and data platforms. Managed operational day-to-day product decisions, responsible for engineering design documentation and relationship management with stakeholders and partners. During this period we managed to take the SPiD platform from 3M to over 6M active users, handling over 2.5M logins every day, processing 15M transactions and deployed on over 300+ apps and the most well-known online brands in Scandinavia.

Implemented various concepts around virtual currencies, SMS and creditcard payment systems integration. Optimization of webservices, databases and user interface. Also worked on SEO optimization projects for various customers.

Hired as an system developer/programmer. Dinpris.no/dittpris.se (part of Eniro) is an advanced price and product comparison service. It is the biggest in Norway and is currently expanding in Skandinavia. I was a key team member on the development of the next generation of its services, on global product price search functionality on main website. Redesign of whole CRM/Backoffice application, including implementation and integration of sales management and invoicing applications. Integration of invoicing application with Faktab online (www.faktab.se). Development of travel application using "ajax/web2.0" technologies. Integration against Galileo GDS, Norwegian Airlines and other systems within travel, hotels & car rentals services.

Was first hired for development of a simple e-commerce store. Then for concept- and webapplication development of T5PC Global Market AS’s web service. The tasks was mainly development and improvement of customer registries, commission calculating- and distributing systems, integration towards an established stockexchange platform (Probroker from TietoEnator), and development of a general secure integration platform for commission reporting and money transfer between the application and external partners (E-commerce store, stock exchange, Telecom supplier, Betting, etc). I have functioned as a technical project manager, system architect and programmer.
