As a Business Improvement Partner, I was responsible for:- Delivering operational changes to deliver monetary savings to enable departments to operate within their reduced budgets.- Developing proposals and option appraisals to Operational Managers to consider and act upon- Liaising with the department, HR and Accounts to deliver the change.- Delivering large scale collaboration projects with neighbouring authorities.

My role as a Trainee Business Analyst required me to understand business change needs through the use of business process re-engineering techniques. I assessed the impact of any changes, deliver the solution and communicate with key stakeholders.
