Originally from NE Ohio, I got tired of the cloudy days, cold, sleet & snow so moved to the sunny east coast of Florida where I've been a Realtor/Broker for about 20 years. I'm the Founder, CEO, & Broker of RealtyPRO Network, the 1st innovative Referral Agent Brokerage & License Holding Company of its kind (no matter what the liars/copycats say).Prior to real estate, I was a Senior RF Systems Engineer & Consultant in the wireless communications industry for about 8 yrs, working with several Fortune 500 corporations: Agilent, Motorola, Sprint PCS, PrimeCo/Verizon, Alltel, Tantivy Communications, P-Com, etc.----GOING FURTHER BACK...upon getting the award in wood shop my senior year & graduating high school, I worked as a carpenter's assistant renovating homes. I repaired & installed roofing, siding, doors/windows, plumbing, electrical, & also maintained a factory building, all to intentionally develop the skills & experience needed to build & renovate homes, buy my 1st car, & pay my own way through college.My dad died of cancer soon thereafter, which instilled in me self-reliance & a strong work ethic to persevere & succeed. I continued working very hard for 2 more building contractors to pay for & commute to college after work, many times having to change in my car before night classes. I eventually graduated & quickly got my first job as a RF Engineer for Cellular One, & continued progressing in my engineering career.The telecom bubble burst & 2 consecutive layoffs took me from engineering into real estate.
