Risk Officer in 2:nd line I am responsible for Operational Risk & Credit Process Control within the business area Swedish Banking with focus on Wealth Management/Private Banking and Customer Centre. I have a lot of contact with other Group Functions (Compliance & Internal Audit), Risk Managers and management in 1:st line, regarding implementation and usage of risk tools and models, educate and act as a speaking partner is highly prioritized issues to increase risk maturity and awarness within the organization. Information Security and Cyber Crime is areas in need of high priority and focus, where i perform reviews and interact with the business and our Security Team to be proactive and highlight potential risk areas and threats.Operational Risk models such as Risk Maturity Model Assesment (RMMA) are frequently used to measure the risk maturity & awarness, where processes/areas as NPAP, Process & Controls, KRI & Limits, Findings, Incident Management and Risk Based Planning are some of the areas that continously is reviewed and assessed to be able to pin point areas in need of improvement. Wealth Management/Private Banking is one of the highlighted units where I perform Risk Reviews and assesment on.To be able to perform these reviews with a high quality and in close cooperation with the management, you have to know how Wealth Management/Private Banking are organized, how they perform their routines and processes, their main objectives, issues and challenges aswell as how they interact regarding external frameworks and regulations.Having a wide network and many contacts is vital, gaining and developing my network is mainly done by building trust through my business acumen, quality in my short aswell as long term deliveries of reviews and reports and act as a speaking partner with integrity and authority when so necessary is of absolute for all parts going forward.

As a Client Executive for LC & I (Large Corporates & Institutions) customers at Swedbank Finans, i was responsible for the customers portfolios primarily regarding financing their fleet of vehicles, machines and other core business needs.I reviewed the customers financial status to assign credit ratings and credit limits, from that deliver proposals and contracts to the clients. The clients/customers were from across all sectors of the economy/industry, which gave me a great know how and knowledge of each specific sector. I had a high frequency of contact with our customers to reassure that we have a continuously ongoing process of developing the business.

In my role as Risk Controller I had both a strategic as well as an operative role and responsibility to assure, develop and report performance to the management. I lead a lot of projects with aim to constantly deliver the latest and best ways of working to improve the performance and out put of our core business. I developed the control systems and processes that gave us the best opportunities to optimize our business and profit together with our customers.

As a Risk Manager i assured that operational risk's that could have an impact on ISS business and operations, in the long run aswell as on a shortterm basis was identified, mitigated and followed up.In the role as Fleet Manager the primary objective was cost control, efficent usage of our extensive fleet of vehicles, procurment and planning.

Risk/Credit analyses of GM dealer's, sales prognoses, assessment and credit control to minimize the credit losses and maximize/optimize the credit/loans. I developed new forms of analyses and strategies to perform risk assessments. I was responsible for both Sweden and Denmark to meet CEO, CFO, Sales- and marketing managers for follow ups on contracts and payments.
