Reporting to the Global Chief People Officer, accountable for the end-to-end global talent management across Dyson’s portfolio, covering 14,000 FTE. Managing a team of 70 FTE across 14 locations with accountability to drive end to end talent management across Dyson’s portfolio. Responsibilities include; talent management, succession planning and career development at all levels, as well as executive talent management and acquisition, global internal and external recruitment, global mobility, learning and development and early career (graduate/intern) management. Key successes include:• Introduction of new processes and systems to govern and manage top talent, succession planning and readiness and mobility (and a local and global level), to provide effective KPIs and prioritisation to key leaders, developing effective teams• 125 internal and external senior moves over 18 months, as part of a future talent gap analysis and subsequent ‘over hire’ talent strategy, building future leadership capability • Hiring of 5000 roles globally across the last 12 months, including 2000 engineers and digital specialists• Implementation of a new Performance management framework across 2,000 managers, driving effective performance and career development discussions and embedding a culture for future scale• Implementing and embedding a monthly C-suite talent review to assess readiness and future requirements to ensure continually effective talent strategy.• Leadership assessment and development curriculum to enhance leadership capability across managers at all levels and ensuring alignment to business culture and values• Onboarding of 550 new graduates in 6 key locations• Enhanced Talent systems across recruitment (Workday Recruit launch) L&D (Cornerstone) and early careers (Hirevue) to streamline manager processes and embed data quality across talent portfolio

Driving HR Strategy across the global Technology and Network Shared Service Centres across India, Egypt and Romania, covering 8,000 employees with the main objective of increasing value add for Vodafone by insourcing and offshoring services from 26 operating countries.
