CurrentWith a budget of £1.5 million, 30 staff, 60 volunteers and an engaged board I led the development of a new organisational strategy to transform services across the borough.initiated far reaching quality improvement programme achieving highest rating in recent national Citizens Advice Leadership assessment auditDesigned and implemented new fundraising strategy leading to extension of core funding, securing over £100k of Covid related funding and 100k of additional funding from the local authorityImplemented and delivered full overhaul of information technology delivering new softphone system and full office move to google suite.Delivered a brand new Communications strategy developing brand new advice channels including whats app, web chat and facebook messenger. Introduced social media strategy leading to creation of facebook, twitter, instagram and YouTube profiles.Led a review of the Research and Campaigns arm to the organisation providing new resources to develop policy positions and statements. Recently this work led to the local authority creating a local welfare assistance scheme and ethical debt collection strategy.
