• Assisted the Director to prepare the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff, in providing military advice to the President and Secretary of Defense on the use of joint forces to achieve national security and national military.

• Principal advisor to the Director of Operations and the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff, for operational space issues.
• Managed numerous programs that integrated all DoD, intelligence, civil, commercial, and foreign space systems.
• Oversaw critical electronic attack tests and ensured maximum laser testing time for “safety of fire”. Joint Staff focal point for early warning operations to include shared early warning and missile defense programs.
• Established operations policy for National Security Council and defined Joint Staff position for commercial satellites.

• Space Surveillance Vault Officer: Employed Joint space control resources to provide surveillance and protection for national satellite programs and special technical operations. Enhanced space support to operational.
• Space Control Analyst: Provided support to NASA during highly sensitive and visible shuttle missions. Operationally controlled directed energy tests. Performed threat analysis to protect all DoD and US national space.
