I also manage the approval process for plans with various entities, including the General Directorate of Sanitary Works, gas installation companie, and electricity providers.Construction Management: In the realm of construction management, I undertake three types of supervision: Simple Construction Management: Coordinating and overseeing construction in collaboration with the Technical Representative of the Construction Company. This includes creating detailed construction plans, daily photographic documentation of progress, progress certifications, and overall project supervision. Construction Management by Separate Contracts: Overseeing construction involving multiple trades. This entails drafting specific contracts for each trade, creating detailed construction plans, daily photographic documentation, progress certifications, and coordinating all aspects of the project. Construction Management by Administration: In this approach, I conduct budget analysis and comparisons, draft construction contracts for each trade, maintain daily photographic documentation, manage cash flow, analyze available funds, and coordinate payments to suppliers, ensuring proper financial and logistical control at all times.

In my position at an architecture firm, I play a pivotal role in office tasks that encompass the creation of construction projects using Revit, generating renders with Lumion, content editing in Photoshop and Premiere, as well as crafting custom presentations for our clients.
