Represents Customer Operations in major AMI, CIS and MDMS modernization projects as theleader responsible for the overall strategy for non-AMI interval meter reading data collection and AMIinterval meter data management systems (MDMS) and processes. Works with meter reading and billingstakeholders to make MDMS technology, data utilization, and data manipulation decisions for allEversource operating companies. Leads or supports efforts to implement new technology for thereplacement of older systems and integrate such technologies to other systems (e.g., AMI head end, MV-90, customer information, and data repository systems, etc.). Develops technology planning and manages the business functions for implementation. Key interfaces include related technology implementation projects, Information Technology, Billing, Customer Experience, Meter Service, Meter Reading, and ISO/Load Research.
