Manager, Meter Data Management System Strategy & Implementation
Represents Customer Operations in major AMI, CIS and MDMS modernization projects as theleader responsible for the overall strategy for non-AMI interval meter reading data collection and AMIinterval meter data management systems (MDMS) and processes. Works with meter reading and billingstakeholders to make MDMS technology, data utilization, and data manipulation decisions for allEversource operating companies. Works with users and vendors to determine desired performance levels and establish measures necessary to monitor goals. Develops, monitors and reports to key internal and external stakeholders. Troubleshoots a variety of issues related to the Meter-to-Cash process and makes recommendations to leadership. Analyzes existing work practices to support effective operations. • Analyzes processes and data and converts such into value-added information and recommendations.• Identifies opportunities for process change or continuous improvement and facilitates the acceptance and implementation of the change. • Understands information technology solutions and how they can best be leveraged to meet business and stakeholder needs. • Reports, tracks, retrieve and analyze performance data. • Troubleshoots business processes and systems. • Supports or conducts audits and develops regulatory responses and compliance filings. • Responsible for coordinating recommended system and work practice changes with other departments including testing and training. • Provides analytical and technical support on daily work processes and systems involving the Meter to Cash life cycle.• Collaborates with key internal business partners to identify and resolve internal service level agreement issues.
Supervisor - Meter Systems & Data Management
Supervised and Planned the day to day operations of a varying sized team of up to 30 staff members, responsible for meter data collection including all aspects of the meter data management systems, inventory and service order systems and strategies for all Eversource territories. Responsible for supervising the development, training and release of application systems for metering data business functions. Supervised all maintenance and support needs for data collection processes utilized by meter reading, meter service functions and related billing functions. Key interfaces include IT, Distribution, Customer Group, Meter Service, Meter Engineering and ISO/Load Research.- Ensures that Residential and Commercial customers are billed in an accurate, reliable and timely manner.- Identifies and Communicates group and individual performance measures, expected performance levels, and realigns performance measures, as appropriate.- Ensures compliance with Regulations and Company Policies and alters operating procedures as necessary.- Responsible for customer satisfaction related to Meter Data Management and resolves concerns or complaints as necessary.- Works on the development of strategic metering plans, including the design development, testing and deployment of new systems and technologies in collaboration with other key stakeholders.- Provides day to day support to ensure the health and continuous improvement of the meter to bill process in conjunction with Quality Assurance and Customer Group.

Primarily focusing on our Interval Collection System Consolidation project with the goal of having our multiple Operating Companies across multiple states on the same platform. Coordinating recommended system and work practice changes with other departments including testing and training and responsible for providing technical support for field on metering and associated systems.
