- Overall responsibility for technical offer and overall cost optimization (design to cost/Installation)- Screening of specification and distribution of relevant specification parts to technical team members - Identify winning strategy including sourcing, considering technical evaluation criteria, opportunities and risks- Prepare division of work incl. interfaces considering group companies, client and consortium partners- Technical strategy and optimisation of the overall plant concept- Technical clarifications during offer stage- Responsible for technical deviations and alternatives of the plant

- responsible for the Product Group Turbine (turbine, inlet valve, governor & mechanical auxiliaries) - technical coordination and preparing of design concepts with possible technical alternatives- provide weights and cost - identification of technical risks and cost risks- specific bid strategy development- bid preparation- provide technical offer documents incl. time schedule, technical deviations, comments & drawings - customer presentation- technical contract negotiation
