Senior Sccm Systems Engineer
CurrentManaging Wiley’s global SCCM Environment encompassing 40 Locations worldwide. Including serviced Office locations managed through Cloud Management Gateways (CMG) and Intune. Keeping Windows 10 and O365 at N-1 Level and monthly patching through SCCM and Intune. Delivering Feature updates through Self Service utilising Software Centre (SCCM) and Microsoft Store for Business.Delivering OOBE to End users levering Windows AutoPilot with Co-Management through SCCM and Intune. I have setup and configured Intune MDM platform to manage BYOD and company owned devices, utilising the latest application management feature in Intune.I am also managing a fleet of Mac OS devices through JAMF Pro (Cloud), delivering Software, Feature updates and monthly patching to over 500 Mac devices spanned across the 40 locations.Through AppClarity I am harvesting unused Software Licenses and returning it back to a Pool – I then offer the unused Licenses to End Users through Software Centre (for Windows) or JAMF Pro’s Self Service, therefore mitigating the need to buy excess Licenses and stay in compliance.I have successfully migrated over 5500 Windows 7 Computers to Windows 10 over the past 18 months using SCCM Software Centre as a self-service Option (zero touch) for in place upgrade and forced upgrade methods where appropriate. Where laptops where replaced I used the AutoPilot method for OOBE provisioning, and white glove provisioning for Kiosks (tradeshows and training rooms etc.)
