I am a multicultural researcher and employee engagement leader with over 25 years of experience in consumer segment qualitative and quantitative research and analysis. As a former Vice President at Best Companies Group, I directed a research team that designed, managed, and produced survey tools, data reports, data assessments, and rankings for over 70 Best Places to Work programs and independent employee engagement and satisfaction projects globally.My expertise spans across various industries, including financial services, consumer goods, telecommunications, travel and tourism, and small business.
