Responsible for the sales targets for both B2C and B2B for the energy company Modstrøm Danmark.In the sales organisation, we generate between 3000-4000 new customers each month. Which is divided into 70 % private customers and 30% business customers.

Others have set new standards of behaviour or developed more customer-friendly processes.In essence we map out behavioural gaps in the value chain and calibrate strategy to behaviour.The dialogue often begins when management suspects that it's losing out on business and it may be due to human factors.
