Principal scientist with extensive academic and industrial experience including in single cell omics (10x), antigen receptor repertoire analysis, advanced flow cytometry and cell sorting (FACS), V(D)J recombination, NGS techniques (RNA-seq, VDJ-seq, Atac-seq among others), FISH/in situ (RNA, DNA, immuno- and all combinations), immunology, epigenetics, chromatin, cell biology (including advanced knowledge of B lymphocyte development) and ageing research.
