President and primary media contact for Victoria's peak public transport advocacy group, lobbying for better public transport in Melbourne and around Victoria. Voluntary work which included proactive and reactive media (including print, TV and radio); lobbying/meeting with stakeholders in industry and politics; analysis of transport-related data; preparing PTUA publicity material including member newsletters; chairing committee and member meetings; planning campaign strategy; development and growth of online presence.

Work on eVision's MessageXchange B2B software, and other projects including various web sites and business intelligence tools; preparation of technical documentation for internal and external use; systems analysis, design and implementation. Also network infrastructure and server management tasks, web site maintenance, and system, client and internal support.

Migration of legacy systems into Windows 95/NT client-server, including sales analysis and reporting, accounting systems and Point Of Sale.

Computer Power Education's "Advance" was an R+D project into integrated online training, eventually commercialised as Southrock LMS, and now used in a number of corporations around Australia.

Initial design, development and maintenance work on "Atlas", a client/server CRM/call centre application, which continued to be used within Telstra until well into the 2000s.
