    A UX Lead responsible for - discovery, definition, design, delivery, and evaluation of global application (sprayers, spreaders, and applicators) products and services - planning and prioritization of experience strategy and tactical execution - management of a team of three interdisciplinary, highly performing User Experience individual contributors.——I create experiences for existing and nascent physical (embodied) and digital (disembodied) technologies using a journey-based design philosophy, targeting experience continuity across initial learning and purchase, adoption, use, advocacy, and service renewal. Successful design within the complex domain of agriculture depends on close stakeholder partnerships, including close ties to product management, research, engineering, marketing, customer support, agronomy, and customer success.This position is an expansion of my previous responsibilities, now including design of experiences beyond automation, and management of a brilliant (and fun!) team of UX engineer and design talent.I continue to leverage my Human Factors background by designing for the person as a whole, viewing design challenges through biomechanical, ergonomic, sensory, and cognitive perspectives, as well as interpersonal social and human-technology teaming perspectives (often, ‘it takes a village’ to plan, execute, and maintain complex farm work).True to my academic research roots, I am passionate about pushing the bounds of deploying user research capabilities within and outside of the User Experience discipline.
